Children are grouped
according to ability to work.
Once a child shows extra
ability to work and gains
advanced skills that would
allow him to move to a
higher level, we help him to
do so by putting him 3
sessions per week with the
older group until he is
ready to be one of them
permanently.
This means that children are
classified finally according to
ability to work and NOT according to
age.
